Groundworks, drainage, all utilities, kerbing, surfacing mono block footways /tarmac footways / tarmac carriageway / concrete yard, Security Fencing CCTV and construction steel framed building including fit out of Commercial / Industrial building. All testing and commission were completed including gaining the completion certificate from East Ayrshire Council and then initial hand over to client.
